Default Does the SEC need to Tweek the Celebration Call

O.K I will say this up front I am a Georgia fan all the way.
The call on the Tight End after the big pass play on saturday that went against Georgia I can understand that one...But dont understand the one Against Green

What is everyone else thoughts on the two calls

NCAA Football Rule 9-2, Article 1(a)(1)(d) prohibits “Any delayed, excessive, prolonged or choreographed act by which a player (or players) attempts to focus attention upon himself (or themselves)”;

It's not an SEC thing, it's an NCAA thing that Vince Dooley lobbied for.
